Three - Pay As You Go
Whilst at Three I redesigned the data packs page including the main data packs component which immediately increased free sim orders and resulted in increased revenue.
The new data packs component was adaptable depending on how many data packs were available at one time. On the same page, at the stakeholders request, I created a commercial banner where I was able to promote campaigns.
Customer service widget
The Three homepage used to have multiple widgets crowding the screen, but I was part of a team who were tasked with creating a single widget where customers could find the help and advice they were after without necessarily having to contact the call centre. There were a lot of technical questions to investigate here as each original widget was looked after by a different team. We got there in the end and created a simple Q&A format widget to take you to the correct place.
