Vodafone App Competitions
Whilst at Vodafone UK I worked on a number of competitions promoting the use of the My Vodafone App. Increased engagement with the App hopefully meant less costly calls to the call centre. The campaigns spread across the Vodafone website, their social channels and also within the App. As a team we had complete autonomy over the the concept of the competition, what we were going to give away and how we were going to promote it. The competitions we ran became increasingly successful, resulting in a 95% cost saving compared to when the competitions were run by an external agency..
